We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If you’re not happy with your unicycle or accessory for any reason, we offer a flexible return window for most unused items. Please read the following return conditions carefully to ensure a smooth process.

• Items can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

• Returned products must be in unused, resellable condition and sent back in the original packaging.

• Items received without prior return approval may not be accepted or refunded.

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect or defective.

• Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method (minus shipping charges).

• Damaged items must be reported with photos within 48 hours of delivery to be considered for a refund or replacement.

• Items marked “final sale,” “custom order,” or “assembled” are not eligible for return.
